First I measured and drilled holes in the existing sump

Then I measured and figured out the size of the Fuge. To make it 1/10th of my tank volume (150 gal tank = 15 gallon fuge)

I then ordered my acrylic online and they cut it to my specs.
I test fit the pieces before assy.

I added a small pump with a flow control so I could slow it down to 15 gallons per hour.

Installed the return pipes (2 in case 1 clogs will not overflow)
Added 40 lbs live sand and chaeto algea, and Viola!!!!!! New Fuge for about
    80.00 with pump!

No you use Weld-On 4 and then follow it with Weld-On 16--It chemically welds the acrylic together--do a search on google or check with your local plastics company.
