I found a huge growth of some kind that looks like spaghetti on the underside of a rock, It is a brownish yellow, will try to get pics when I get home and test for consitancy of the growth, though I'm a bit scared of touching it.

    Any ideas?

LOL you weren't kidding about spaghetti like.

I have no idea as it is the first time I have seen that.

It's rubbery feeling and seems to intermittently attach itself to the rock i think it may have grown fairly fast, no new additions to the tank since December.

It's also about the diameter of angel hair pasta.
