    Hi all i need to know what this is. It almost looks like lent or dust. its kind of hard to see but its growing (or getting attached to the back half of the tank.

    How old is the tank? Could it be coraline algae?

    negative tank has been running for about a month tops with one complete water change about 2 weeks ago. Its a 2.5 gallon. it has about a pound of liverock, some sugar sand plus 3 hermits.
