Resolved some kind of small crustacean

Too small to get a pic with my crappy cam but they seem pretty unique so maybe someone can identify from this sketch I attached.

They are about a quarter inch long and the same clear/white color as pods. They shed their skin which I see floating around in the tank almost every day, and there are quite a few of them. As you can see in the pic their back end curls up under their body and those legs that stick out to the sides seem to serve no purpose.

They kind of look like mantis with their segmented bodies and two front arms that curl up the same way. Anyone have a guess that I could go google search a picture to verify?
