Hey all, when my tang died he died in the most awkward place, so while i was getting him out i decided to move everything around. Whilst doing so I came acrss a few of these bizzare things, it looked like a slug with a small bronze shell on its back. Totally flexible tho and very fast! it couldnt retract into its shell tho like a snail. Any ideas?

A lot of people mistake abalones for stomatellas. Stomatellas do not have the fringey stuff growing over the edges of the shells.
