So what does a Kessil Sky Blue 10k LED look like?

    No problem what do you think i should do im still playing around with the actual span of the units, if i do end up getting a 3rd that would be alot of light on a 36" tank imo what do you suggest i know youve had some experience with these fixtures

    Matt, thanks for the pictures of the 10k and 15k nice to see the color difference in a tank. lights and bulbs are so hard to choose since most sites selling these and other type lights and bulbs for that matter never post pictures of the color they produce in the water.

    shackman23, would 2 of these lights over a 48x18x21 75 gallon be enough light for LPS/sps/softies? or would I have to have more light?

    I know this is older thread but I was still curious to know if anyone had any imput on weather or not two of these over a 75 gallon would be enough light?

    IMO go for one every 18 x 18 - 20 x 20 area

    lol that about works out then from front to back my tank is 18 inches all day long and teh space between teh middle brace an the side is 22 inches, and roughly 20 inches from sand bed to water line.

    I would go with three if you want sps/clams. I would need 2 on my 36 x 18 x 20 tank to achieve that.

    lol thats the issue there is the middle brace in the way of the third
