Figure it is a soft coral of some description but I haven't seen one that has long branch's like this, any ideas?

It was one of the London Zoo aquariums, they had this coral in quite a few tanks and it branches out like a tree and this was the most extreme one. They had this in a softies tank as well as one with about twenty or so open brain's. It was an interesting looking piece as it had very long branches and the fish loved it.
Unfortunately there was no staff at hand so I couldn't find out what it was.
