    Just looking for some feed back...just added a 2 mushroom rocks and some zoas frags a week or so ago...and before you ask i dont have a phosphate test result yet gotta go to the LFS but am running BRS GFO (bout 3/4 of recommended amount/Carbon reactor. And if it matters these are from Red Sea tests and current not dosing anything. Thanks Again.

    I might think the Alk is a bit high, o/w- Reef on!

    Alk is a bit high but nothing crazy......it's not going to hurt anything I don't think

    Is there anything i can do to bring it down a lil without chems or will it jsut fall naturally...Im currently using instant ocean salt mix could this be a factor?

    I use the instant ocean salt mix and I have to dose regularly just to keep my Alk up.

    Agreed, and especially with just mushrooms and zoas. :)

    I will suggest that you mix your salt before using; sometimes components will separate during shipping which will cause an imbalance in elements as well as inconsistency between batches.
