Snails keep dying in tank

Well the snail is dying im going to get some cuprisorb from a friend tomorrow, I can tell the turbo is very weak as he keeps falling off the sand.

 

My snails are dying too

I am having the same problem. My snails are dying in my tank. The fish and hermits are fine but the snails never even attach. I have tried 4 species of snails and a grounding probe , nothing seems to work.

 

It is hard to say what the cause is, there are many things that can go wrong
in the aquarium, check your temp, nitrites, nitrates, and ammonia! how long has the tank been up and running? straight current, etc
