these guys appeared a few weeks ago, I have counted 90 so far the one night, and regularly count 50 at any given time, they behave somewhat like my jumbo ceriths and certainly look like them, so is that what they are, they are white or brown as in the pics, and seem to be growing fast, eating algae on the glass...I also have one smaller brown cerith like hitch hiker that eats algae and is about 3/4 inch long, but these shells are a rougher texture which makes me think they are jumbos...my jumbos are all grey though so I dunno...whatta you guys think...

It's hard to id snails when they are this small. Kinda look like a nassarius snail. But im really not sure, either way, it's nice to get some freebies.

I have several snails like that but just a little bigger , I started noticing them about a month and a half ago. They like to stay burrowed down tight aginst the live rock in middle of zoa patches and stay in one place for days even weeks sometimes ... Polyps acyually grow over them while theyre burrowed , then one day they have moved on to a new spot . Not sure if they are the same but very similar shells in size shape and color ...
