Skimmer question...

A bigger skimmer is not always better. Like already mentioned above, if your tank is heavily stocked you could probably use a bigger one for your tank. If you are reasonably stocked for your tank volume a skimmer rated for your volume would be more efficient. If your skimmer is oversized it's skimate production will not be very consistent and it may require constant adjustment to skim properly. Yada yada yada...
