    I've had that problem. A quick, easy solution is to place the intake end of the airline into about half a cup of RO/DI freshwater and let the pump pull it in. That dissolves the salt and flushes it out of the venturi.

    Good to know. What level of water is typical for those type skimmers. Mine is in 11 inches

    That may be a bit too high. Most folks claim to get best performance at 8 - 9 inches.

    Yep, about 9 inches deep, and as I said I run RO/DI thru the air intake every few days.

    Very little adjustment needed.
