Got a really nice six line wrasses yesterday. It was doing fine, but today it's acting as if its out of control! I found him sleeping under my yellow polyps. so maybe it was just the shock that the light was too bright I guess, but now he's just swimming and plunging nose first into the sand almost every 2 seconds...? Anyone have this problem before?

That is normal until it gets used to your tank. The sand plunging will slow down greatly but that is the way wrasse react to perceived danger. It may also go to sleeping in the sand which is something wrasse also do. If not it will find a spot that it thinks will provide safety and sleep there.
