kcbrad asked me about the old spellchecker that used to be 3reef a long time ago.. I had to remove that as it no longer supported the forum software... and other ones require a lot of modifications....

However, I just installed a free plugin for Firefox that works great:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3497 (this one is English, other languages are available)

Now in my message box I see a dashed red underline under misspelled words and if it is a word it does not know you can add it to the dictionary by right-clicking.

If you are an IE guy, well Firefox is faster for browsing so you might want to check it out.

    FYI,

    matt

The spell check works in chrome too.
i think chrome has a quicker browsing speed than fire fox and a much better interface.
u should check it out if u haven't already.

I just down loaded the old spell check( I think ) to my lab top and it works fine. Well, which ever version I got when I clicked on the abc check.
