    Sorry for the short notice. I need to shut down the site for 30 minutes to make a copy of the database. I apologize for the short notice.

    Let's say noon pacific. Should take 20 - 30 minutes and then I am done with the live site for the day and it will be smooth from there.

    Ok all done. 1st try brought an error when I lost connection and brought me one more gray hair. However the 2nd attempt went fine.

    Performance should increase in a few minutes.
