Sick Tang Help!!!

So my tang has been in an isolation qt tank cuz i got ick, so running my main fallow been a few weeks now. This tang did not have ick but almost all others did(started getting territorial with other fish so got him his own). My wife woke up yest and found him like this and its not improving. Im currently out of country and have no clue what it is. All parameters are ok amonia/ites zero nitrates 10ppm ph 8.2 temp 79. copper is only at half dose (probly more like 1/4 now). I dont know if hes sick or he got burned by the heater. Hes swimming normal breathing normal and eating.

I'd be curious to see if the fish was just startled or has been sleeping and the color will return spontaneously.
