sick dwarf lion fish?

I think my dwarf lionfish maybe ill.

I went and got my water checked today and the lfs said everything looked good as for parameters.

The fish hasn't ate for a couple days, which is weird cause usually its crazy for food, and has seemed to loose some color.

He also has been just hanging around in the corner looking rather lethargic.

the lfs gave me some maracyn, but i havent dosed the tank yet.


any suggestions??
