Heres some info for you guys

this is what I do, And ive posted many [IMG]

Again like reef-keeping theirs many ways of doing it [IMG] [IMG]

    Ok things I use

    Cardboard Tubes
    Plastic container
    Various packing tape
    scissors
    Bubble wrap
    cling film
    kichen foil for insulation.
    heat pack if needed

containers and packing tubes can be bought from The auction site.

the tubes measure 5 inch wide

and the Pots 4 inch , so plenty of room for packing materials

I then cut the tubes down to 5 inches, again giving room for packing materials

Like so..I then make some ends from cardboard,(When you buy the tubes they do come with plastic end caps, which are just the job, but soon deplete the more you cut the tubes down [IMG] [IMG] )

Tape up the Tube, and secure the bottom on first [IMG]

I then cut out, the bubble wrap, to fit inside the tube's for top and bottom

fill the pot with your tank water, and place into pot , (dummy frag shown) [IMG] [IMG]

also you want to secure your frags into the pot, this can be done, with superglue gel, elastic bands or padding,

subject of course to what your sending,

if you use the superglue gel, just a small drop that can be twisted off by the recipient

this case I'm using padding as this particular coral is rock hardy [IMG]

some cling film over the top, then screw the lid on gives a nice seal,PDF tape can also be used

cut of the access, and tape up lid,

Cut strips of bubble wrap, to wrap round until you get a snug fit

place the padding on top with heat pack,if required

    put on the top
