I've heard that you can program your radions to the seasonal table within Apex. I've just started reasearching this on the Neptune forum site but was wondering if anyone has done this with success or should I run away fast.

The daylight hours in the lower latitudes (tropics) where our corals and fish originate from have very little delta time throughout the year. I just looked up Cebu, the time difference between June compared to December is roughly 1.25 hours, not much.

So you could set up a seasonal table for your local latitude, but I think year round consistency is probably better for the tropical inhabitants of your tank.

Thank you WhiskeyT. I agree that year round consistency is best. I don't have a moon phase set up right now so I might try to set something up for that but otherwise I'll leave the radions set the way they are.
    thanks again.
