    OK, looked at the site very quickly. Very pretty looking critter to have such a bad rap. Anybody else have any experience with this critter?

    Yeah, those tentacles look soo peaceful. Thank God nobody purchased it. That thing is a long tentacle anemone, not a tulip. ;D

    Nope, it's actually a tulip :) I don't think that they're actually A. majanos but they're both pests in my "book".

    do the Mojano anemones have a green base like the pacific long tentacle anemones? I have one that just spread into two over a 3-4 month span of time. The tentacles arent as colorful as in the above website picture. I want to know if it is a Mojano anemone before I get rid of them.

    It seemed kinda strange when I first saw them, mojanos have like bubbly edges, right? I dont think those guys play nice at all.
