These are epoxies that are found at places like Home Depot, Walgreens, Big Lots etc etc that aren't really intended for aquarium use. I emailed the manufacturers and asked if they would be safe in submerged saltwater applications in aquariums with fish and coral. This is what they had to say.

    POWER POXY

HomeDepot used to sell the AquaMend but switched it out for the WaterWeld.
I used AquaMend in the beginning and never waited for it to cure. The only issue I ever had was the skimmer would go a little nuts for a bit. Use the JB stuff now.

There's another I use, by Oatley. It's in the plumbing section at Lowes.

I don't know if they would consider it "Reef-safe", but I've used about 7 tubes of it in my tank and no problems, other than the normal skimmer issues. It gets hot (like other epoxy), so you don't want it to be right up on the coral's tissue.

Yes I'm sure you are right. It's probably a liable issue. I also use Dap 100% clear silicone. That packaging says right on it that it's not intended for aquarium use. I believe that GE I clear make the same claim.
