    Need some help.

    My PH is now at 8.4 it keeps going up. over the past 3 days the PH has gone from 8.09 to now 8.4.

    I have the APEX monitoring it. I have verified the readings with manual test. If anything I think the APEX is reading low.

    I have seen a difference after changing out the desiccant before the ozone. Thant and the CO2 remover.

    equipment

    Outside air to CO2 remover to desiccant to skimmer.
    Apex shuts off the Ozone at 8.3

    I also dose with kalkwaser that also shuts off at 8.3.

    Alkalinity is at 9
    calcium is at 300
    Nitrates, Nitrites, Ammonia are all 0.

    So my concerns are should I be concerned if it goes pas 8.4.

    If so what should I do to lower it.

    I have already started reducing the lights but does not seem to have any effect.

    I know that this is the parameters that everyone strives for but I think it might be to much.

    The tank is a reef/ coral / fish 90 gal tank.

    It's not "dangerous" until it rises above 8.5.

    +1. Do nothing.

    Your Ca at 300 is much more troublesome than a pH of 8.4.

    Agreed, your Ca is low. Also, you didn't list your Mg reading.
