Rock flower anemones

I have a IM Nano 10 that finished recycling. I added 3 hermits and a cleaner shrimp. Also have 2 types of macro algae. I want to keep a group of sexy shrimp and would like some rfa's for them to host. Woud rfas be ok in new setup? I do weekly water changes of 20% and only plan one one fish in future.

 

I am not sure if Sexy's will cohabitate with Rock Anemones. Rock/flower anemones will eat anything that gets within their grasp fish wise, shrimp I am not sure. Since they are a hardy anemone I imagine they would be a wonderful addition to a nano.

Coralmorphology used to offer some stunning Rock Anemones and still do. You can also find them at Liveaquaria now.

 

Ok, I got some rock nems and sexy shrimp and some corals cleaner shrimp and hermit crabs. lol Here's some pics of the nems.

 

you may want to consider a couple of maxi mini nems to add in. My sexy shrimp love my maxi minis

 

I dont know how maxi's would be with rock nems, maxi's have more potent sting and might kill rock nems. My sexy shrimp like to hang out in them. Here's a new nem got yesterday.

 

Went to my LFS today to get saltwater and sand. Few weeks ago I told them about VIPReef and they contacted them. This Wednesday they are receiving 100 rock flower anemones!! Man, I cant wait to see what they get.

 

Temptation would be too great for me.

Hope they get some great colors in.

The tank looks very nice, I think the anemone will stay away from each other. Mine do, but I have no Rock Anemones, just Minis and a large Haddoni.

 

VIP has some amazing rock nems! I wish my LFS would order a 100 in

 

Here's a Zebra striped nem I got last week. Can't wait to see the ones My LFS gets in Wed.
