    i only have a diverter valve on my faucet as it is in the laundry room, ill try and get a pic ;)

    Yeah, i know the directions stink :( Just ask me ;)

    of the unit also not just where it is hooked up
    the directions suck
    one part says "put it on the 4 way connector thing"

    thats great detail in those directions

    [​IMG] Thats the faucet diverter, can switch between faucet and RO. No extra plumbing needed ;)

    i know its fuzzy, cause i fell as it took the pic LOL! if you arent using the float valve, just leave it as is. The "4 way thingy" just closes when pressure blocks of the pure water tube. So the waste water pipe isnt running 24/7.

    To install the valve you need to drill a hole in the side of a container and screw it on there ;)

    can you take a picture of the actual unit that where we are having trouble

    i dont know where all the tubes go into

    if you want the valve, you need to drill a hole in the side of something to hold the water, and then when that valve closes, it blocks water from entering the RO unit, so it doesnt all go to the wastewater line. Tha valve i have screws into your facet and has a small thing to put your RO line into it. I can switch between normal faucet, or having it run to the ro unit with a little pull on the pin on the right side. ;) need anything else "Translated" LOL!
