I got a nice Ricordea mushroom on Sunday that has been doing great in the tank . I placed it low and it was opening up and stranding upright. Than my electric blue crab knocked a candy cane coral frag over and it fell on the ricordea while I was at work. The Ricordea has looked sick ever since, shrivled and not opening up.
Could the candy cane have affected the ricordea in this way? or would it be something else?

Right now I have a few different mushrooms, feather dusters, a frog spawn and of course the Candy cane and they are all doing great.
    Any ideas gang?

The Candy Cane does have sweeper tentacles and could have stung it. Give it a couple more days, Ricordia are pretty hearty.

Ok thanks, I'll be patient. Just got home from work and it is actually looking a bit worse.:-/
