The flow is pretty good with the two mp10s. I've been very pleased with their performance. I currently run them at 90% on ecosmart mode. I am planning to change the setup of my return to spread the flow more evenly next week. Right now I have 3/4" loc line with a round tip. I ordered a Y fitting and am going to run two flair tips. I'll post pictures of it when it's all setup.

    Update**

Been having a series of unfortunate events with the tank but things are starting to turn around. First it was AEFW then Pycnogonids (photo below). Then I went on vacation and my apex controller display crashed setting everything to their fall back modes. Which meant no dosing, no ato, heater, chiller and no lights on when I got home. My display is coming back from neptune tomorrow repaired and I can finally set that back up. I had a couple unfortunate losses in the process of this but have also added some nice new pieces since.

Despite your recent troubles with equipment the tank looks fantastic. Do those Cardinals ever spawn?

Thank you both! I lost a lot of my sps corals in the process. Almost all of my ora frags and a couple of my maricultured specimens. I've replaced them with more lps colonies. Coralline, I just added the cardinals this week but I'm hoping to see them breed. I'm thinking about adding a spiny urchin so if they do breed the fry have a safe place to grow.

Sure, I have been told that the male cardinalfish will spit the newly hatched eggs into the spines of an urchin and that the fry will live there for some time. Adults will also spend time amongst the spines of an urchin.

Yes, in the wild Cardinals will reside in urchins, sometimes the occasional coral. Individuals rearing the young often make fake urchins for the babies to hide in.
