So I've been trying to figure out what I would put in my dream fish tank and with the barring of tangs I have come up with a list that I want to include in my tank. I decided on this list:

    2 clowns (Amphiprion ocellaris)
    Royal gramma (Gramma loreto)
    Midas blenny (Ecsenius midas)
    Christmas wrasse (Halichoeres claudia)
    Melanurus wrasse (Halichoeres melanurus)
    Iridescent Wrasse (Halichoeres iridius)
    Yellow Wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus)
Pair of salon wrasse (Cirrhilabrus solorensis)
    One spot fox face(Siganus unimaculatus)

I don't feel the tank is complete though, it feels like I am missing something.

So how many gallons are you actually going for? its hard to give advice on your stocking when it could be any size tank.

Thats what I'm trying to narrow down. What size would I need to get all of that into one tank?

That's not wildly inconsistent in fish volume from mine and it's a 150.

I'd say at least a 125, 150-180 would be better.

    Oops, didn't see Servillius' post.

I'm also part of a facebook group and they are suggesting around 350. Thats why I'm trying to gauge what size I really need.

your facebook group just wants you to get a huge tank so you can keep their tangs when they out grow their tanks. lol 350 is way over doing it. If you can do it, a 210 would be good, gives you some wiggle room for more fishes too.

But at a minimum, 125, with a nice skimmer

I was gonna say.. I have a 300 with much larger species of fish in there and I still have plenty of room. I'm not into wrasses so I'm not sure how big the ones you mention get as adults. A 210 would be a nice choice IMO. Go big or go home, I always say!
