    Not all true some states like the state I live in you have up to 72 hours to void the contract they do that for reasons of money ect. And your wrong poor customer service is a case with the BBB

    So if they stretch it out for 3 days and dont call you yes sounds like a case for the BBB. I have started stuff on there for less.

    First, you must be able to prove that dealership in question has actually given poor customer service. From what I can gather, the dealership has done nothing wrong. The customer seems to be the one who has made the mistake.
