Hello, I've had an aquaclear 20 running on my 10 freshy for about a month or two now. Should I be replacing the sponge? I don't want to cause a mini cycle. I clean it weekly, is that enough? Thanks.

Do as you have been doing until the sponge starts breaking down. Get a spare sponge and when it is about time to replace the old one put the new one in with the old one for a couple of weeks to seed it.
