    Looks like you are making it overly complicated.
    In terms of getting water INTO your fuge, I think it's good.

    As for getting water OUT of your fuge, all you need is an overflow running from the fuge down to your sump.
    You can accomplish this even if the fuge and sump are at the same level, just place the bulkhead near the top of your fuge. The other lower on the sump, and running a tube between these... let gravity due the job.

    I think what FuzzBall03 is saying is your from fuge (green in your diagram) can just be gravity fed back to the sump and let your pump from the wet/dry (blue in your diagram) push it back to the tank also. You might have to drill the fuge though for it to overflow back into the sump. I've seen a couple diy designs like that, an overflow might work?...     ive almost finished it!!!! got the fuge tank (15 gallons) 13 lbs of live sand... some grass... some extra doses of coco pods... and heres some pics of it and some of plumbing.... SORRY LUNA.... KINDA USED UR DESIGN :( but it works!
