Refridgerate Home Made Frozen?

    Ok so I normally alternate between frozen mysis, reef caviar (fish eggs), and minced up prawn. I decided tonight though to just thaw a chunk of each into a small container, with some selcon for it to all mix into. I am wondering does anyone see any issues with these frozen foods being mixed and stored at refrigeration temperatures for roughly a week that way I can just dip my finger tip in and get what I want and rinse the food off in the tank?
