My order finally arrived and USPS completely ignored the pickup sticker and delivered it to my house 7 hours after it arrived in flagstaff. The water for the snails etc was pretty cold! but so far the hermits are alive and and hopefully everything else is. Per the website im going to give it 3 days for all the snails to start movin around. Other then that John was extremely helpful and i definitely will not be going through anyone else for CUC's

Ahhh sorry USPS totally dropped the ball on that one. At least the hermits made it through - those are the time sensitive ones. Congrats on your new lil' guys!!
