Reef tattoo (pg 6 Finished Pics)

Well my reef tattoo starts today.
I'm getting a half sleeve done and today is the first 3hr sitting.
The tattoo is the sun on my shoulder shining down onto the reef. There will be a variety of corals included into it and swimming through the channel will be a yellow tang (my fav fish) ill post pics of the progress later tonight.

Ya me too lol I've had it drawn up forever and finally starting today. Should have some pics by 9 or 10 tonight lol

 

Nice. I been kicking around ideas sort of the same. I want to get one piece revolving around one of my black clowns, since thats my babies favorite by far. Then I'd like to do up another piece with my peacock mantis. Havent quite worked that one out yet though.

 

I know what you mean. Im waiting on four pieces right now. (My best friend is a tattoo artist.) But my entire right sleeve will be nothing but coral. Cant wait to see what yours looks like. It sounds sick. Where do you get your work done?

 

I knew I shouldn't have posted anything about it till after lol. Appt got cancelled, new appt next thurs. Norg. I go to bz ink in rochester. One of my good friends owns it.

 

Tattoo places are everywhere here. Not that I ever looked for them

 

The problem is finding one that knows what there doing lol luckily I know of one.

 

This is so so so so so true. Being military there is always a healthy supply of shops in the area where ever I live. Downside is most are nothing more than ink factories slinging ink to the young 18 year olds that are fresh away from home & dont know what to look for.

I was suposed to get some work done by Victor Whitmill (Mike Tyson's face tattoo) since he lived here in the area, but he decided to close up shop & retire after his settlement from Hangover Part II. lol.

What happens with hang over part two? Never got the whole story!
