Reef-a-palooza

I am going to try and make it Sunday. Its a 3 hour drive for me depending on traffic. I made one a few years back and it was a great event then.

 

Heh... I'd kill for a 3 hour drive. Its 12 hours or so round trip for me, and I have never missed a single RAP

Why doesn't the ATM dude have a speaker profile? I'm sure his talk will be extremely educational

Most manufacturers do not sell so look at the floor plan and exclude them. Marine Depot won't be selling, nor will Marineland or Sunlight Supply.

 

Why would you not go to a company's booth just because they won't sell you anything? You're not going to check out new products they might have?

 

He's simply looking to see who is selling... I don't see him saying he isn't visiting any other booths

When I am an attendee I look at every booth... but I haven't been an attendee at reefs events in a decade or so I miss just going to them and not having to work or be the face of a company

I was just asking because I am looking at getting some new lights and was wondering if Reefapalooza would be a good place to snag a sick deal. I always check out all the booths, so that wasn't really my main motivation. Just a little side venture, to see if I should wait, or just go with what I want now

 

It's 2 weeks away. It won't hurt to wait. Just bring cash and you never know what deals you can find. There are several local fish stores involved in the show who make arrangements to offer show specials at the event!
