Red SPS BUGS?

    Are they bad? I saw a few really small orange/red bugs mainly on my acropora.. there is like 8 of them.

    VERY BAD if they are indeed red acro bugs. They are a parasite that will kill Acropora sp. Did you quarantine or dip the corals before you put them in your tank.

    Doorboy, if you could snap a pic? I have seen those red/ orange bugs at a LFS that I don't go to. (they don't look like SoStoudt's link though). They look like orangish red leaches or like when your puppy gets those white hammer head looking worms in it's fecies but smaller. I have been looking but can't locate a photo on the web... Yeah, bad either way! You do want to quarantine any corals in question.
    A pictue is always better though.

    Those are much larger. Those would be red planaria flatworms.

    Ah, that is them! and when googling the name I saw the little red acro bugs as well... they looked like eggs almost but def smaller then Planaria flatworms.
