    Nope.. Sea lettuce is green ;) WEll, what most people call Sea Lettuce.

    This is a fine species, it won't take over and is easy to control.

    I had some brown discs like that. they had lines like a record. I got rid of them but now i kind of miss them

    I have something very similar in my fuge. To me your pictures look like Red Bubble Algae that has fully grown and basically popped itself open making what looks like individual leaflettes. I have kept mine because its slow growing and doesn't seem to be taking over.
