I've heard Vivid is great, so I'm very glad after the initial problem that you're impressed with the company.

So, you should have your semi correct order by now, right?

What size korallia did the LFS give you?

Heard from Shaun @ Vivid Aquariums this afternoon.
My order is ready and scheduled for delivery this Friday A.M. ;D

Just got a Koralia 1-LFS store had 'em marked @ $65, but I know you can get them for around $30-another reason I don't shop there often.

So, now I have 3 Koralia 1's (on the back of the tank blowing toward the front glass) and 2 Nanos (behind the rockwork facing each other from the sides) plus the return pump.
    Estimated flow=2100 GPH total.

Well, here is the latest update ....

I heard from Shaun on Wed. and he said my order was ready to ship.
I told him that we were expecting 12-18" of snow/ice here Wed. night - Thu.
He said that usually isn't a problem, but maybe we should schedule for Fri. delivery ... I said o.k. if you think that will work.

Well, if you've seen the weather, you know that the entire southcentral-southeastern part of the US is under a foot of snow ..... :(

Needless to say, my shipment did not arrive yesterday.

FedEx tracking shows it to have been picked-up in California Thu. at 4:39pm then shipped to Tennessee ???? and arrived at 12:53am Fri. am .... right into the path of the storm ....

I sent Shaun and email saying that the shipment did not arrive.
He replied immediatly and said to take pictures and let him know about any losses ....

As of right now FedEx shows that it is STILL sitting in Tennessee (36hrs) .... looks like its gonna be a total loss.

    And the saga continues .....

That sucks about both shipments. I have ordered from them before and they do have good customer service and so far sounds like you have been treated pretty well. Not to put any blame on you, but if you knew there was a big storm coming, you probably should have told them to hold off on shipping the order until the next week sometime. At least it sounds like you will receive credit if the stuff arrives dead, whenever it arrives.
