recent zoa buy

    I picked these up at local fish store. It looks like there are 3 different types on the one frag. Anyone have ideas on types?

    You'll rack your brain trying to figure out what these are called. Bottom line is that they are cool and you like them, lets just called them zoa's.

    The first pic I'm not sure. The second pic is Alpha and Omega Zoas.

    +1 to this. Names are just a way for vendors to make more money off of the same corals.

    yes, I was going to say, they sure are pretty whatever they are. I've been visiting R2R lately and there are some insane zoa hobbyists on there and some of the prices people will pay for just a polyp of some rare/specialty zoa is amazing!!

    I'm not enough of a fan of zoas to spend big money on them. There are definitely cool ones out there and I think they look good in a tank once they fill out an area but they never seem to take off in mine. I got those for $20 at premiums and figured I would them a try.
