    Haven't really been on the past few days, been building a few reactors for a local reefer and I just wanted to share the process pics for y'all.

    Almost completed. Just a few touch ups, sanding and testing and done.

    What would be the price for two that are 4" tube diameter? Just curious.. These look great!

    What did you use for a seal on the top? Ive been thinking about doing this for a while now.

    Check out eBay for acrylic tubing. There are a lot of choices at decent prices. You can decide whether or not you want to buy from eBay, but at least they have some good tubing pics.

    I spent a lot of time on these. To bad their for someone else.

    I get the tubing locally for $1 an inch and then the rest of the acrylic I get as scrap so their pretty cheap to make. I think one cost me about $30 max to build.


    I used 1/8" sheet rubber that I cut to fit. We use a lot I different sheet rubber where I work so I got it for free. The sheet rubber is for gasket material picked up locally. Check any gasket making company for the rubber.
