Without a picture, Id guess at Tang poop

if you test your water and have 0 amonia, 0 Nitrite and less than 10ppm Nitrate - then syphon them out once a week during water change - as although they may not look great, of your readings are spot on, they are not doing any harm

Welcome - if you can post an image for this? or for future identification issues it would ensure you have a better chance of an absolute certain ID

the word droplets makes me also wonder about it being Vallonia (spelling?) bubble algae

next water change will do although here is an idea that can keep your tank clean without throwing away water when a change is not due

syphon the tank using a filter sock into a bucket, the clean water can be poured back and the filter sock washed and used next time

its not required if your params are in check, but some do it for appearance reasons
