My question is, I have two brands of seaweed sheets... Which one is better for my fish? All my fish love both brands so Im down to the point I wanna know which ones better... If anyone has some tips to tell me what's good and bad please let me know :).

    Omega One Super Veggie:

    Min. Protein - 24%
    Min. Fat - 3%
    Max. Fiber - 3%
    Max. Moisture - 10%

    Oceans Nutrition Seaweed Selects:

    Min. Protein - 33.9%
    Min. Fat - 1.4%
    Max. Fiber - 5.2%
    Max Moisture - 6.8%

Any opinions would greatly be appreciated!

Honestly, there are very small variances in the two, i would go with the cheapest one.

    Im no dietician but

the higher protien, lower fat combination of the Oceans nutrition brand sounds better to me - but in all probability it makes no difference anyway

That's what I was thinking at first too, but it depends on what type of fat. Then, as you came to the same conclusion, it probably doesn't really matter.

I would but when we went into the place here in town, the nori was covered in a white powdery substance... The guy didnt know what it was either. and with me not being 100% sure. I rather not put something in my tank that could have the possibility to hurt it.
