Question about number of bulbs in an LED

    I have been looking at some 120w LEDs on EBAY and some are 120W and have 3w LEDs, other have 1w LEDs, just more of them. Is one way better than the other? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Just starting out :-[

    Im no expert and I dont have LED's but from what I've read it seems the 3w under driven last longer then 1w that are being fully driven. So i would say 3w would be better. But I could be totally wrong. Hopefully some one with more LED experience will chime in.

    The trend now is 3W, although, this may be misguided.
