When you guys buy coral frags and they come on the "T" shaped plugs how do you mount them in your tank if you don't have a hole of the right size in the rocks in the right location of your tank?

Some people drill a hole in the rock, some use a dremel and saw the tip off. I use cutting pliers to snap the tip off. Some will say that the "shock" of the cut can make the coral loosen from the plug...I have never had that happen, but I can see it happening. If the frag is not encrusted, you can pull it off of the plug and mount it anywhere you'd like.
