I am confused as to what happened. Did you ask to get another skimmer instead of a new pump or what?
if you want us to help you fix your skimmer, we're more than happy to help you but we can't give you an upgrade to the cone skimmer. here's your RMA # 1300, write this outside on the box and send in your bad pump and we will send you out a good new working pump for you after receiving you (don't forget to put a copy of receipt inside also).
