    if you want us to help you fix your skimmer, we're more than happy to help you but we can't give you an upgrade to the cone skimmer. here's your RMA # 1300, write this outside on the box and send in your bad pump and we will send you out a good new working pump for you after receiving you (don't forget to put a copy of receipt inside also). Make sure you include everything inside so we can get it correct this time around. sent to below. let's get you fix this time around so you can use your skimmer.
