Yet another attempt by the CBD that will cost the tax payers millions to investigate, or millions defending the CBD lawsuit. Their last attempt at listing 83 species of coral just fell flat after numerous years of investigation by the NMFS.

When will those lawyers learn they are stealing money that could be used to help the issue rather then defend against the CBD?

Laywers are usually suckered into working pro-bono and then CBD pockets the EAJA funds.

Total cash grab with nemo 3d coming out.

Government lawyers don't work for free and the CDB are a bunch of lawyers so yah, they'll do their part for free while costing us taxpayers to fight their non starter claims.

Edit: I did not know they took EAJA funds.

I also love how they have to metion the aquarium trade in this. Clownfish especially are avaliable as captive bred more then ever. Pro Captive bred!
