Possible fin rot. What do I do?

    I'm checking my params right now but after I did my water change yesterday I noticed my Clownfish acting funny at night. Today its gotten worse and after I Googled it looks like fin rot

    I don't have a good camera to get a good shot. My phone sucks :( its only the one clown, the other three fish are fine. It's his two side fins and they look frayed and have a shade of white

    pH: 8.4
    Ammonia: 0 ppm
    Nitrite: 0 ppm
    Nitrate: 20 ppm

    Salinity is very high... Should be 1.026 max.. Id lower that a little slowly it could have ich

    No white spots. I just had ICH and this didn't happen

    Id lower your salinity first thats way to high it may be stress related from the high salinity and other fish picking on him im no expert tho..
