please help me out with my clown!

    ok, my black oscelaris clown had been acting weird. she seems to be hanging in one corner alot, not eating as much. but the main thing that has me woried is that she has been keeping her mouth open all the time and has white fuz looking stuff on her bottom lip. i feed mysis shrimp two times a day. light on for 9 hours, and live 12-15lbs. live rock. and the tank is a 29 gallon.
    please let me know what i need to do. thanks
