pics or diagram on setting up sump

I just purchased a 75 gal tank and a ASM G2 skimmer. I have never installed a sump and would like to see any pics or diagrams on how to install one. Should I go with over flow or drill tank? Which over flow if that is the better way to go? I need to know what size of sump to use and how to run the plumbing. thanks
