    what's it doing? Any recent water changes without dechlorinator? Or no water changes in a long time? If a SA isn't looking good, never a bad idea to try a 30% water change, just make sure not to shift the temperature tremendously, and to take any needed considerations with the incoming water (if it's tap, make sure to dechlor as needed, if bottled, make sure to buffer up/down as needed)

    He he was laying on the bottom moving his gills but not moving, so I put him in my hospital tank and he is still laying on the bottom breathing and now he is flipping he side fins but not his tail .
