photography under kessil shimmer - help

    Hello All 3reefers


    does anyone has any experience shooting good quality photos under kessil, as the shimmer is intense , its hard to get it right.

    any advices ?

    LED Photography is difficult in general. I have no experience with Kessil's, but all LEDs are difficult to get true coral/fish color rendition.

    I would say to reduce the shimmer, turning off the pumps/wave makers would be a good start.

    In my experience, the shimmer can help. I always shoot in continuous mode so that I can fire off several shots of the same subject quickly. With good shimmer, each photo comes out a little bit differently which gives me more options to chose from when editing.
